Convert most any audio file. The following audio formats are supported:

• WAV PCM , compressed WAV (ADPCM, 

• MP2, MP3 (MPEG Layer-3).

• GSM, DSP, A-LAW, U-LAW, ALF2 and others), 

• VOX (Dialogic ADPCM), 

• WMA (Windows Media Audio),

• CDA (Audio CD Tracks), 

• OGG (Ogg Vorbis), G.721, G.723, G.726

Audio conversion is simple to use. Simply load any supported file then elect to "Save As" any supported file format.

Disclaimer: We have recently received support questions regarding WMA files that have been downloaded from the new music download sites such as iTunes and the new Napster. These files have copyright protection, as well as intrusive restrictions embedded within. You can NOT chop, edit, convert, or sometimes even play these files or albums in our software. We would be shut down, in a heart beat, by the RIAA if we provided a means to do these functions; however, some of our software does get around some of these issues - use your imagination!

Additional support files you MAY need (depending on what version of Windows Media Player is installed on the system)...

Will need to download then install wmfdist.exendows Media Audio) files. This is "Windows Media Format 9 Series Runtime Files" distribution setup supplied by Microsoft.

After installing the above support file as well as the Xtreme Audio Editor software you will need to Click START then RUN. Enter in the text field "Regsvr32 NCTWMAFile2.dll" (no quotes and be sure to have a space between the" 2" and the "N" ). It should return a message stating that "NCTWMAFile2.dll has been successfully registered".

Text2Audio Converter is a software application that will easily convert up to 3,000 TXT files (at a time) to audio WAV files via one click!
